Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your wall art. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.

Return Window

Non-personalized items: eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

Personalized / custom items: final sale once production begins and not eligible for return or refund (because they’re made uniquely for you).

Made-to-Order Production (Not Mass-Produced)

All products are made to order. Production typically begins within 2–3 business days after purchase. Orders usually ship within 5–6 business days after production starts (about 7–9 business days from order to shipment).

Eligibility for a Return (Non-Personalized Items)

To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused, unmounted, and in the same condition you received it.

In the original packaging with all inserts and accessories (e.g., mounting parts, cables for LED versions).

Accompanied by an order number or proof of purchase. 

Items returned used, installed, scratched, or missing parts may be rejected.

How to Start a Return

Email support@b2cwallart.com with:

Order number

Item(s) you wish to return

Reason for return + photos if applicable

If your return is approved, we’ll send RMA instructions and the return address.

Items sent back without an RMA/authorization will not be accepted.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. We do not accept COD deliveries.

Damages, Defects & Wrong Item

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. Send clear photos of:

The outer box and shipping label

Inner packaging

The damaged/defective area of the product

We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund per our assessment. Keep all packaging until your case is resolved.

Exchanges

If you want a different non-personalized item, the fastest method is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order. For damaged/defective items, we’ll replace the same item when available.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Personalized orders: can be canceled or changed only before production begins. Production typically starts within 2–3 business days, so please contact us immediately at support@b2cwallart.com

Non-personalized orders: may be canceled before shipment.

Installed/used items or products not in original packaging

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you about approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Processing times by your bank or card provider may vary and are outside our control.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.
